The most helpful things were...

Family watching my DS while I was on bedrest and not having to send to out to a daycare for the first time at 2 yrs old...

Family helping with the babies after they were born so I could have alone time with my DS. He was never jealous of the babies and I think this is why...

Meals that people made me where I could just pop them in the oven and warm them up. I didnt have to cook a real meal fopr about 2 months after they were born...

Borrowing baby gear from others too was a big help. Esp. the crib, swing and boucny chair...

First of all, Congrats to your niece. My boys are 20 months apart, I can't even begin to image 3 under 14 months old. Wow. All the power to her!!!

Yep- she is really going to have her hands full. She is married to a ball player who is gone days at a time with the team. Unfortunately, she is in PA while the rest of the family is here or CA. As far as I can see, she will definitely have to get some kind of nanny-type help (maybe my sister will move up there and be a live-in granny). Being so far away is frustrating... I can't help the way she needs most- an extra set of hands!

Congrats to your niece!!! Boy, she is going to be a busy Mom, I wish her the best of luck!!! Maybe someone(a family member)can go be with her for awhile, and help her out with the kiddos!!! Maybe friends and neighbors could lend a hand from time to time also!!!
