ok 2 of my kids are puking so is dh oldest ds got over it yesterday so christmas is a bust this year... oldest wanted to open presents so he and i helped the sick ones so that at least he could enjoy some part of christmas and play with his new stuff... had to call the inlaws to let them know we would not be coming tomorrow they are disapointed but understand... then to kick it all off one of the leapster l-maxs i bought was obviously been returned to the store since it was missing the instructions, cover,tv cords so now we will have to take that back and try to find another one thankgoodness one was completely in tact cause oldest ds wanted to play it... so no fun here this holiday season i hope everyone else is having a good time.

I'm also sorry! Everyone is sick at our house also. I had to call my mother and tell her not to come tomorrow. Hope they are feeling better soon!

Being sick on Christmas sticks, literally! We are trying to recover from vomit also! We're hoping ds is back to normal by the 26 for our 8 hour drive
Good Luck

I"m sorry your kids are sick, hopefully everyone feels better soon.

I think that's crap about the Leapster toy. I would talk to the manager and ask what the store is going to do for your inconvenience. I think a decent manager would at least give you some kind of a gift card for that. The store should have checked for all that when someone returned it in the first place.

We had it here, too. Out of the 5 of us, ds(8) was the only healthy one. The girls and I were puking and dh had it coming out of the other end. Not fun taking care of sick ones when you are sick. Ds was sick on Wednesday and we thought it was just a flukey thing because sometimes at night he coughs really hard and we thought he just coughed too hard and threw up.

I'm sorry things were also bad at your house. It's so hard to feel festive and merry when all you feel so bad. Here's hoping that your New Year is better! (((HUGS)))
