My mil gave me mine in July.. Christmas in July...
I scrapbook and found a hangin file folder case works great.. I put the scraps and 8 1/2 x 11 paper in there according to color. Then when I need it's there.. Very handy.
I bought the little sticker maker to make life easier.. The little things are the hardest. When not using sticky paper, they do make a glue pen that is photo/acid free. That helps too. For the larger things I just use my mini tape runner.
I have several gf that have them to. We trade cartridges all the time. I put address lables on all my stuff. The box, the book and the cartridge. It helps keep them straight.
For traveling with your cricut, I followed someone else. I took all the packing stuff out of the box, then your boxes will stand up beside your machine. As well as you cutting mats. I also take a tv tray with me cropping. It's the perfect little side table for my cricut.
Buying supplies:
Walmart~ cutting mats 2 pk for $8
Creative Memories~ glue pen & mini tape runner
ebay~ used cartridges (why pay $ for new)
Have fun!!
