THIS is what my twins did while I was trying to clean out their closet this morning! (I swear, what one can't do, the other one can!!) The white stuff is Zud. They basically emptied out the container all over! It appears that we may have to become a gated society again, since obviously cabinet locks do NOTHING!! They also sprayed at least 3 kinds of cleaner all over the place. What a mess!! To top it all off, while I was giving them a bath (since they also had it all over themselves), they dumped cupfuls of water all over the bathroom floor!! You turn your back for a second, and BAM!!!

How old are they?

Part of me is thinking how scared I would be that they ingested (by accident or otherwise) any of the cleaners! Another part is thinking that it looks like they were trying to clean their little kitchen...how cute. Really, though, the nervous mother in me is thinking about the whoopin' my kids would be getting right about now. Then you add the water on the floor.......swats on wet skin can tend to really sting.

Sorry that you have the mess to deal with, though.

Ha! My 13 month old would be good buddies with them. My 6 year old calls him Dr. Destruction because he can make a frightful mess in a few short seconds. I just moved all the cleaning supplies into a high cabinet this weekend because Dr. D has taken to ripping off the cabinet locks and putting them in his mouth like a dog bone and running full speed away from me with whatever he can get his chubby little hands on. I feel for you!

Jeanette, thankfully nothing appeared to be ingested. I was concerned about that too, and obviously I need to do something a little different with my cleaning supplies. Thank goodness most of my cleansers aren't REALLY harmful down there. (I generally use vinegar water for most of my cleaning, but a few of the other products....ugh). And, their skin is no worse for the wear. I put them in the tub fairly quickly and took care of them before I cleaned up the other mess. By the way, the girls are 2-1/2!

Maggie, at 13 months? Boy, honey, you've got your hands FULL!!!

Yup, Jared's that way too, I still wish i hadn't been so mad and remembered to take a pic of the egging he did to the playroom, remember that? I wish I had a picture, but at the time I was SOOO mad.
