Sorry to vent, but my laptop crashed like two weeks ago! I thought that is was gone for good, but when we took it to get it fixed it had crashed due to an overload of viruses... URGH so we had to get anti-virus on it for 26.50! They also did a bunch of other stuff for a total bill of 75.00 - great for the spending freeze

They called to tell me my total 3 days ago and said they would call when it was done... they NEVER called.... I tried to call yesterday and today and no answer
I am sick of being in the library hoping no one gets in line behind me so that I have to get off this computer and
I have been mommysavers deprived..........

I feel your pain, when they crash it's a bummer. Our desktop went down because of a virus but we have a dfriend who loves working on comps., so she helped us clean it up. Then it crashed again and we thought we had another virus and we have all the protection programs. Nothing was working so she had to take it home with her for a week, it turned out to be some components that werent working. A week without a comp., wasn't going to work so we had to break down and buy a laptop, but at least now we have a backup.
Hang in there, at least they got it fixed, now only to get it back is another dilemma. When does the insanity end with these things, LOL!?!?!
