I had a bowl of Shreddies Cereal (my Canadian friends on here know what I'm talking about...My Canadian family members bring boxes of Shreddies when they come and visit because they are only available in Canada not the U.S !!!) topped with All Bran, two cups of coffee, a large glass of water, my multivitamin and some vitamin C!

Thank you. I am partial to it too. All my dh's military ceremonies are documented with him dipping me and kissing me like in this picture. We don't care who sees us or what the reaction is. We have a whole wall of collaged kisses!

ANYWAY, my biggest motivator for staying fit is simply that I will have this body for the rest of my life. I am done having children so what I do with my body now will affect my life until I die. Not only that, my dh and I have always been physically fit and we want to be a good role models for our kids. The kids mimic us all the time (lifting my hand weights and using the treadmill to walk on) so I know we're doing something right!

What is the most ridiculous fashion trend you followed?

For me it was wearing McHammer style pants in high school. I had all kinds. Bandana print, lime green w/black dots. Hideous!!

I used to pin my jeans from my knees to my ankles...and what a pain that was on P.E days and for volleyball and track and field practice days!

I also used to LOVE my Michael Jackson zipper coat (I had the matching zipper / parachute pants too) LOL

I miss being around the red and white maple leaf flag. I have grown a love for the U.S (whether enforced on me by the military or because of how we've established ourselves around the country) but it's not the same. I also miss seeing my grandparents on a regular basis. I grew up living beside them and as each year passes I wonder if this is "the" year. I am DREADING that phone call.

I also miss SHREDDIES!
