Oh another Big issue , I have is MY kids - What if Something Happens to all of us and they Have to Make the Burial decision on them ??Lets say Dh and I Were Seriously Hurt and Couldn't Speak up ??

That is why i want to talk to her.
I Don't want my young Kids buried there. When they are older ,They can make their wishes known of course, but right now , I dont want them there.

I would be really upset too. That's not fair to your side of the family. If my MIL did that I'd be PO'd to especially as dh and I don't want to be buried. We want to be cremated and our ashes spread (on private land). This means you need to re-write your wills ASAP and state where it is you do want you and / or the kids buried just in case. I'm sorry, I love my in-laws but it's hard enough spending Christmas holidays with them. I don't want to spend the rest of eternity lying beside them!
