I hate my wal-mart. The people there are RUDE. I am talking super rude! I am fed up with them! I had an incident with them like 6 weeks ago. I complained and I got a call and they never followed up as promise. Go figure! I have noticed every time I went in there they were rude the lines were way too long and the employees were in flocks chit chatting and stuff. The CSM's are worthless I mean one didnt even know how to change a price not only that but they are DECITIFUL! I purchased some vellum tags ( a while back) and I noticed something wasnt right at the check out but I couldnt figure it out until I left the store luckily I was right outside when I noticed that a 1/3 of the tags were missing so I walked back in and exchanged them.... I made a point of telling them why I returned them cause it was only minutes well it was more like 20 by the time I made it thru the line at customer servce.... What did I see when I went back a couple days later? The same defective tags. I know cause there was something blue and funky on it. I thought how deciteful! What is wrong with this store. I have had mutiples no no so many that i lost count problems with that store, Its ridiculous! So last night I re-emailed them the orginial message and added some stuff and sent it to the store and the headquarters. Sure I live right next to walmart and its convient cause I can just walk but My self worth is worth more than the extra time it takes going somewhere else. Actually I would probally be SAVING time cause they take forever. They never have more than 4 lines open. The next closest walmart is like 20-30 miles away. The closest target is 10 to 15 miles away. So there is bound to be ALOT of people They arent lacking employees cause they are everywhere they are just LAZY and stuff. They also argue with you even though you KNOW you are right. Like the inncident I was talking about I got two gerber gradutate puff things for noah and I looked at the price when I got them heck I DOUBLE checked even! But nope I was "wrong" cause the cash register was different. Needless to say 45 mins later they finally figured it out! Yeah I was irrate and in tears at the same time. The next time I went in it was MARKED UP 30 cents! So I am not shopping at walmart anymore. I expect to get a response from them or I will call the 1800walmart number and yeah I might be on the warpath by then *hops off her soap box with her pitch fork and and torch and picket sign* Lol!

I would do the same! My thinking is .... WTH??!! You're in the Customer Service field, right?? some people are just not meant to work in these areas, and they do anyways! That frustrates me!

After Valentines day they had everything Valentiney 70% off and I found a heart shaped cookie cutter and it was right next to a huge sign saying All Valentines stuff 70% off and there was other crafty things there kwim? and OF course it rang up wrong I had to do the math for her and not only that she didnt know it was on clearance. The orginal cashier (from the big fiacso) was standing right by when I informed them of the price error. She was like you will have to deal with this cause and whispered something in her ear (Which I know she was talking about me) and she was like give it to her for 1.25 and I was like no thats only 50% off and so I had to wait til she did the math and she still got it wrong! I did it on my calculator on my phone cause I didnt really need it but it was a wilton cookie cutter its really nice and it was only 62 cents.

I had an incident last week. I was so disgusted with them that I left my cart with about $100 worth of items and walked out. I did my shopping somewhere else.

They don't care if you are unhappy or if they lose you. There are many more fish in the sea, in their eyes. I avoid the one near me like the plague. It's near what is known as "Little Mexico" where there are a lot of illegals, and they all hang out there. Lotsa crime in the parking lot and shoplifting inside (and not just by the illegals, either! But largely by them. Then when caught they pretend they speak English, but of course all the cops and security people in the area speak Spanish).

I used to like Wal-Mart but I rarely go anymore. It used to be a small Wal-Mart but a couple years ago they built this super size Wal-Mart by the autoroute. You cannot go there just for a quick errand, it's always at least an hour. You have to go around to pick up your stuff and it's huge & then you have to wait at the cash register - that is usually long also.

I calculated that it costs me 4$ in gas each time I go. Most of the time it's not worth it for me. If I check the specials in the flyers I can usually get everything in the stores near me for the same price or lower. I find their items are often not priced right and you really have to check carefully your invoice to make sure everything has been charged right.

People are very nice at our Wal-Mart, we usually have very good service.

I like the section for kids clothes & shoes. It's usually good quality for a fair price. I also usually get my underwear (bras included) there, their prices are very good.

Man ~ we must have the best WalMart on earth I have no problems returning anything - from movies, to craft items to opened diapers that were the wrong size. They are courteous and most often quick. They have never argued, they are most often fully stocked and the workers are super friendly with my kids. Honestly the only time I waited in line there for more then 5 minutes was right before a blizzard and the whole town was stocking up. The only thing I have to complain about is the scrapbooking section isn't big enough.

I should count my blessings since it's also the closest place to me. My other options are 20miles away.
