Thank you to everyone.
 Unfortunately today was a cranky day. It started when dh got me out of bed before 7am to tell me the cats we are cat sitting broke my lamp in the living room. I said ok, and got back in bed. He left the mess! Then at 7:30, the concrete company that was poring the neighbors new patio showed up and started pumping concrete. Grrrrrrrrr. I rarely sleep late and I was really tired. So I got up because there was no way I was sleeping since the windows in my bedroom are wide open and my windows are just above their new patio.
Then.....As some of you know, I lost my job at the end of January. When I was laid off, so was the other coordinator and one of the sales people. The sales man already had another job lined up, he had only been with the company for a few months and had left another moving company in St. Pete, so he went back to them as the General Manager. When he found out I had lost my job, he called and said he had a job for me. The job was to provide customer service for a national account that they were having service issues with. The best part was I was going to be working from home. I had called him on Friday to schedule a time for me to come in and fill out the application and to get some training on the system I need to use to rate the moves. Then this morning, the other manager in the office(I am not sure of his exact title) calls me and tells me that they are not going to renew the contract so now I won't be handling this account. And they don't have anything else for me at this time. WTH!!!!!!! I have been waiting on them for weeks, just going online a couple times a week to send out applications via Monster and Careerbuilder to meet the requirements for unemployment until they got it together. I could have spent the last 5 weeks seriously looking for another job! Also, they are talking about rehiring the other coordinator back! Not me that was always on time, always worked my booty off, always stayed until the job was done, never called in. But no, cute little miss 20 yr old, always late(and I do mean always, 4 out of every 5 days!, can't hardly do her job, falls asleep at her desk, calls in at least once a month, leaves early at least 3 times a month. And why her over me? Because she made $2 an hour less! BTW, it is her stupid cats that we are cat sitting!
So today has been very cranky. I am irritated, worried, and feeling every bit of my 40 years. Oh almost forgot, dh last night got mad because I wanted him to put the leftovers up. He got mad because he was having trouble finding a lid to the many plastic bowls in the cabinet, so he threw them all over my kitchen floor! I told him he was cleaning it up, he did but then after matching the bowls to the lids he left them all over the counters. My kitchen was a pig sty all day because I refused to rewash them and put them away. They were sitting there when he got home today. He did put them away but didn't rewash them, so now they have to be rewashed every time I use them. He was lucky because the cat owner cleaned up the mess with the lamp, he told her that she needed to do it when she dropped by the office today.
Hopefully my 40 yr and 1 day birthday will be better!
