Why are they so expensive? Ive seen the same copy cat shoes for more than half off.
I was thinking about getting a pair of black suedey boots. No, not those hairy weird ones, just the suedey material. But I dont like to think about spending $100 for them.
Also spring is coming up. Do they go on sale? Or do they put them away for next fall / winter?

Well...I guess you ask that question about anything...kwim? Why is anything so expensive when the knock off is cheaper? There are just plenty of people out there, happy to pay full price I guess! I don't actually think they're that expensive...but we're all different in that aspect!

They do go on sale at department stores (saks.com, neimanmarcus.com, nordstrom.com etc, dillards.com, lordandtaylor.com, macys.com, bloomingdales.com etc) and you can find decent deals on them at shoe sites like Zappos.com, Shoes.com etc. They sell them all over the place online, so you just have to keep your eyes peeled. Are you going to find a pair for $20? No, probably not....so perhaps just get the knock off?

I bought a pair for our babysitter for her birthday a few years back. She was SO excited. LOL I am pretty sure I got them at smartbargains.com or overstock.com but that was a few years back.

They do get dirty VERY easily...esp the lighter colors.

If you have smaller feet, consider buying the largest children's size.

I LOVE Ugg shoes!!!! They last forever and they are SO comffy and cozy! i wear my boots (which i have had for at least 3 years--but am in search of a new pair) all winter long and in the summer when I go camping and I have slippers which I wear all day long everyday and LOVE! Sometimes you can find them at marshalls or Nordstrom Rack (the Nordstrom outlet) but you have to "find" them cuz you never know. I don't spend a lot of money on anything for me clothes/shoe wise, but these are definately worth it! did I say I love mine? I will try the zappos.com link too!

I finally got a pair of the boots for this past Christmas from my dh and kids. I LOVE them. I've worn them every day since opening them and they are just so warm and comfortable. I love not having to wear socks with them, just pull them on and go. As cold as it has been here I do not feel the cold when I'm outside with them on. In fact I get too warm sometimes when I'm at the store! They are the light sand color and the day after Christmas I spilled a whole iced coffee on one of them, boy was I ticked. But it came right out, just took a long time to dry. I want a pair of the slippers and also the flip-flop type sandles for this summer. I figure I'm going to have them for years, they really do keep your feet warm and are worth the money.

I have several pairs of the slippers and I absolutely love them. My favorite ones are my apple green ones that are fuzzy all over on the inside and the outside. They are so comfy. I just got a new pair (just plain sand color) at Dillards last week that were marked down to $4!!! They were the last pair on the clearance rack and they had been marked down several times and they were an extra 40% off the lowest price. Score. I had the boots a long time ago when I lived in CO and I wore them all the time. They held up very well and we had snow on the ground 9 months out of the year, so they got wet regularly and never stained.

I see them all the time at Marshalls for around $40.

DD and I Share one Pair of brown UGG boots!!

They are Comfy!!

I Think they hold up VERY well and I Don't think they show Much Dirt at all.
They look new after two yrs!!

I Agree though this pair was Expensive.
I paid 185.00 off of Ebay.

I have seen them in TJ maxx in off colors and sizes for about 30 or 40 dollars -
That is a Great Price!!

I have the UGG slippers and DD has the boots, they wear so well, and are worth the money! I sprayed ours with a weather repellant shoe spray, and the water just beads off!
