I just happened upon this story today. Basically,
there is an artist that took a stray dog, tied him up
in an art gallery and allowed him to starve to death
as an "art display". Nobody stopped it and he wants
to do this again.

His name is Guillermo Habacuc Vargas. If you google
him, it will bring up various petitions to sign to try to
stop this insane cruelty.

If you would like, you can go to peta.org and search his
name and it will also bring up links for the petition.
The more signatures the better. I don't know how this
type of thing goes on, but maybe he will no longer be
allowed to do this. The link below is in Spanish, but
like I said, you can google him or youtube him or "peta.org"
search him and the petition will come up.

It's very disgusting to me.

I read about this a little while back...there were a lot of stories about it and then "information" came out that the dog was not mistreated, did not die there in the gallery and it was a publicity stunt. Hard to know what really happened.

Just google, there are a lot of articles on it...

If that is true...ugh... so disgusting!
I can't believe how cruel people can be when it comes to animals! Makes me steaming mad!

I don't know if the story is true, but it's worth signing the petition "just in case".

I swear, if this were done to a human... It would be ALL over the news and someone would be in some DEEP trouble...But seeings as "its just a dog", that guy won't get in as much trouble.

It would be better to contact the police and the humane society in that area. I don't think an online petition is going to do anything.
