Do you write these cute phrases and misprounciations down? I always have good intentions but usually don't. I do try and include some in our christmas letter. It is a good way to look back. I wish I was on the ball more but at least it's something.

I wish I did, I couldnt remember any cute things my son said or has said when he was younger. I know he has said a lot.

I read in a magazine or online somewhere that a family would have a small box with sheets of paper and a pen inside, and everytime something funny happened or was said, they'd remind each other to write it down. Then every New Year's Eve, they'd spend the night recounting the memories and laughing til they were in stitches. It sounds like a fun and neat idea.

I usually e-mail friends and family if it is something really funny or cute they say/do, so I print those out and have a small collection of them. It's funny to go threough and re-read the funny things they said years ago!
