yes a damn binky. Its history now, but it was a life or death situation when it was lost!

when i see a young baby in the store with one of those plugs I tell my son that he use to suck on those too. I know he probably gets flashbacks...lol

yes a stuffed animal named jeffery. I f he got lost it was horrible. ONce I had to drive 40 miles out of my way to get him at Target and once she threw him in the street and a limo ran it over. She gave him up all on her own, but once in a while she wants him to sleep with her. She even told me her little sister could have him now.

My oldest ds used a crib sheet with winnie the pooh on it as his blanket. It was so annoying. He would always take it of the crib and it would be balled up in his arms so I started putting another sheet on the bed and gave him that one. Well it stuck for 5 YEARS!!!!

nope - neither kid had a pacifier either. Marcus does have a favorite blanket he will use while watching tv, but it does go everywhere.

Yes we do. Connor has a small blue blankie (satin on one side and velour on the other) with a bear head, it's kind of like the bear is holding the blanket. It's from the Jean Teddy Bear (I think that's what it's called) collection. I finally had to track down 2 more of them and finally found them at Kmart, after searching at 5 other stores and not one of them would do. So we have three now. Bear goes everywhere with us and as soon as it gets in his hands his left index finger goes straight into the mouth. It's the cutest thing ever. It is a huge comfort thing for him. After he falls or gets hurt he barely cries for long, as soon as he has it he stops crying. I almost wish my oldest had something like that, to calm him down much faster.

My youngest is Nicholas. His older brother called him kiki (key key) for the longest time. Nicholas called himself that briefly too but now calls his security blanket his kiki. It is mostly for bed time but he likes to bring it in the vehicle too.

My 7 year old still sleeps with her "Blankie Ducks" and it was a shower gift. It even went into ear surgery with her. It's worn out, but she loves it.

Rainbow.....it is a stuffed Unicorn that DD gave me for Valentine's Day about 3 years ago. She was having bad dreams...and I told her maybe Rainbow would help keep the bad dreams away. I lost custody of Rainbow that night. She has even been over nighted when DD forgot to pack her for my mom's and FREAKED out. DS doesn't really have anything special, he goes through phases with his 'people' he calls them...a stuffed kitty, Toby, from the Great Mouse Detective, and Blue. Sometimes he needs all 3 of them, sometimes none at all.

Nicholas also has a stuffed animal that he sleeps with but it doesn't always have to be the same one, just which ever one he likes at the moment
