we have a house BUT we rented to "friends".
but for the next tenants what do we do about security deposit etc?
gosh, i just want to sell it!!

easier to sell, but not a good market to do so now.

There should be forms you can download with basic landloard/tenant descriptions and legallities. I give you credit. Definite spell things out to cover your back end - people can be spiteful and mean if they don't get what they want. ALso do background checks - my DH teaches a class for apartment landloards and this is HUGE!!
