Awww, your dd is like mine, she would've told my hubby he was fired. She always tells him when he is not doing things like Mommy.
I do think it is better for my kids when my dh takes care of them for awhile. They get sort've obsessive about having everything the way Mommy does it.
It sounds like you are making the best of it. I'm glad you like your new job
