We did not do a lot of things but what we did do was.....We went to Ripleys Aquarium ( which was kind of pricey, but worth it). DD loved seeing the fish and watching the sharks in the tunnel. If you go I recommend going in the morning as it is way less crowded. We also went into the Smokey Mountain National Park. DD likes to people watch, so we walked around Gatlinburg too.

DH and I had been to Gatlinburg before, as we went there on our Honeymoon, so we did not do all the museum (the world record museum, star car museum, etc) as we did not think DD would enjoy them. If DD had been older we would have gone to the Dixie Stampede dinner show in Pigeon Forge (we saw it on our Honeymoon), that is definitely fun for the family but not for a 21 month old.
