I use Ivory soap for my face and body wash for the rest of me LOL. I use whatever is cheapest. I have a bottle of Suave Berry scent in the shower, a bottle of B&BW PearBerry(OMG I LOVE that scent), a bottle of White Rain ocean scent or something like that. I just use whatever I'm in the mood for.

Dh uses the bar soap and the kids use body wash. Dd(16) gets tons of it at Christmas from friends and family and I buy ds(12) whatever manly scent I can get cheap LOL.

I have alot of bodywashes but I tend to only use them in the winter months. I like to use Dove or Lever2000 bar soap.

I use dial bar soap for my face ~ antibacterial only. I use body wash for the rest of me. I just finished the last of the B&BW I got for Christmas so now I'm using Suave that I got on sale. B&BW is a staple for Christmas gifts for me from my family so that helps.

I use a Neutrogena bar soap for my face, but shower gel for the rest of me... I typically have been using Softsoap shower gel (which I buy myself) or B&BW shower gels if I get them for gifts. DH uses shower gel only- he uses the Old Spice Shower Gel. and we use shower gel (the lavender baby soap) on DD. So we are a shower gel type of family!

I only use body wash. It is much easier I have found to clean a shower that has had gel in it than bars of soap. I think I read that somewhere on here a few years back. I think it keeps it cleaner and I also found that for me bars of soap dry out my skin more.

I use whatever is on sale and what I had coupons for. I have about 20 bars of Zest and Dove, than a mix match of Dove, Suave, and Lever as far as body wash. I really like the B&BWs stuff too, but cant bring myself to spend that much on a bottle of bath/shower soap. I can always count on mil to get me some for Christmas & my bday and I just make it last.

I have bought nothing but Ivory soap since my oldest was born more than 22 years ago. I wanted something pure for my baby I can't stand soaps with strong smells like Irish Spring, plus I have a lot of allergies.

Oddly enough...the hospital, my ped and my OB/GYN all told me when both of my kids were born, that Ivory is one of the harshest soaps out there, and not appropriate for babies or children, that it totally strips the skin...and to use Dove.

They told me the same thing and since my 1st was born we've never bought those baby bath soap, we have always used Dove on all 3 boys.

I use Shower gel exclusively. I have a nice stockpile of Bath and body works. Noah uses Johnson and Johnson Baby wash. I don't like bar soap. I can't remember ever using bar soap in my own home. I have used it when I was younger and like at my grandparents house. But that was a long long time ago. I even use liquid hand soap.
