Like others have said.....I look at the person but a democrat has not yet lined up with my beliefs/views.

I vote based on the issues that are most important to me. So far, I have voted along party lines. However, I have considered candidates from the other party. Heck, if Lieberman had run when he was a Democrat I probably would have supported him. (I really wanted McCain to pick him for his running mate).

I look at the person or issue, but I have yet to see a Republican candidate that comes to even 5% of being for what is important to me.

Nope, I always vote for the candidate!

Half the time, when they ask me at the polls which party, I always have to go look and see what party my candidate is on!
