If I only want to use 2 of the 8 refrigerated cresent rolls I have....can I save the others somehow? And for how long? TIA

I have no idea. I've tried before by putting them in a zip lock baggie. I made them the next day and they were fine. I've tried it another time and a week later tossed them in the garbage. Good luck. Hopefully others will know more then I do.

I have tried saving the dough. Didn't work they were hard and didn't rise, you are better off cooking them all and then freezing them!

I've pretty much had the same experience--the saved dough doesn't come out all that great. You could save the rest just until later in the evening and make them for "dessert." You can brush the insides w/ a little cinnamon sugar, sprinkle a little on top, bake them and enjoy them w/ a little coffee. MMmmmm!
