I didn't put any helpful directions until I checked them out better!! If you bought quilted fabric, you would get the double layer already for the padding...just cut out two of the same size shape..maybe make the bottom one a tiny big smaller...and then bought biased tape (which is sold in packages), it would be easy to put the trim on. That just leaves the "mop" part..and I don't know exactly what that is! Yarn maybe??? You could do it with yarn...just loop the yarn back and forth as you sew it onto one of the quilted "feet" (the quilted part would already be cut for the size you wanted and the biased tape would already be sewn on) and then sew the bottom piece of fabric to it. You would just use a regular stitch...and possibly a zigzag stitch to get the "mop" part on well. It wouldn't take much fabric at all to do this...just measure a bit longer than your average foot times two for the top and bottom piece!!! Does this make sense?!!
