Hello!

I look for discounted stuff all the time. I use my coupons sometimes to get free stuff sometime....sometimes I get paid to take the stuff off their hands, Lol.
Recently I have gotten lots of free stuff at supertarget. In the past I have gotten free oreos, free grapes. Right now I am getting free goldfish snacks and betty crocker gummies, asparagus. Today I went and got 3 12ks of soda for 5 bucks. If you are interested in coupons let me know...I like to swap ideas. I just joined a coupon train as a newbie to this sight.
My question to everyone is basicly if anyone has any free items being purchased through coupons right now I would love to know. I live in Florida. I use supertarget, albertson's, winn-dixie, walgreens,wal-mart, cvs....these places I shop the most.
I have three kids and every penny I save counts!
Thanks,
Happy couponing!
Heather

trial sizes are GREAT!! recently at walmart I have gorren... Skinitmate Shaving Gel, Edge Shaving Gel, old Spice Body Was, Charmin Flushable Wipes. hmm also at walmart i Got some Land O frost deli shaved meat with 10 cents overage... ive gotten free deoderant toothpaste and toothbrushes at Shaws, which i think still has alot of the same sort of sales that Albertsons does. CVS Extra bucks are awesome too I have 60 bottles of L'Oreal Vive

Thanks for the reply.....
I always try to keep my eyes open for those coupons that don't specify "trial size excluded" or weight limits too. I have not used CVS often....do they take manufactures coupons there also? When you purchase items, they give you money towards you next purchase, is that how that works?

CVS does take Manufacturers coupons. The Extra bucks you can either print out at home or they will print out on your receipt, two days after any qualifying purchases. I usually print them out at hom because to get them at CVS you would have to make a purchase then they would print out on the bottom of your receipt.

Thanks for the info.
I will look in the new CVS ad tomorrow and see what kind of deals they have going on. I'll let you know if I find anything.
Thanks,
Heather

If you happen to have a Shaw's nearby. This week Fruity Cheerios are the extreme value at $1.50. In some of the paper this weekend there was a $0.70 off one coupon... Shaw's doubles coupons so that means a 10cent box of cereal!

We do not have Shaw's here. I don't know of any stores around here that double coupons, I wish there were.
Walgreen's has a good deal this week on crest-pro toothpaste. There is a coupon in Sundays flier, buy one get one free. The toothpaste is 3.99. Then walgreens also gives you the crest-pro mouthwash for free when you buy the toothpaste. You still pay 3.99...but you get two things of toothpaste and a mouthwash.
Do you have a supertarget? There is a coupon for 2 dollars off any deli item with min. 2 dollar purchase.....I went there yesterday after printing out 20 of the 2 dollar off coupons off the internet and got a bunch of stuff. I split the deli meat up into 1/2 pound bags...I think I spent 3 dollars on 3lbs of sliced ham and saved 12.00. Then I bought a bunch of pre-made food items like chicken salads and stuff...I stocked up and used all my coupons...I think I spent 4.00 and saved 24.00.
If you have Supertarget I can send you the coupon.
