I will be starting a new coupon train soon. Does anyone have any thoughts of what would make them work better, run smoother, etc.? How many people do you think should be on one train? Do you think 2 envelopes going around would be better? I know there have been some problems in the past--is there anything you can think of that would stop them from happening? Come on throw your thoughts out there.....

Hi again! For the newbie trains, I'm trying to organize them so there aren't too many "baby" moms on one train. Also, I'm putting them in geographical order. I figure that might make it move faster. I'm still waiting for NT1 and NT2 to get back to me, so I don't know how long it's going to take.

Any other thoughts?

Thats fine...a few thoughts that have been pmd to me are:

regional trains so it does not take so much time
fewer train passengers so it does not take so much time

The trend i am beginning to see is that people dont get the train as often as they would like. So one other thought is to create a second envelope for each train.

I think mail confirmations would work well so we know where they are and maybe we could do a speed train for the quicker responders? I'm not sure but it's been taking a while to get around. I've been doing tag so I don't get coupons expiring before the train gets here, should I get on a second or third train or just play tag? Maybe confirmations would let me know if the train will get here soon and I can hold them. I dunno, whatever sounds good to you all.???
