A packet of coupons. It's not on a train, but if someone has a packet of coupons, they put it up for grabs, announced as a Tag...usually the 1st person to PM the offerer with a reply, is the new "it" and the packet continues making it's rounds to other Mommysavers and stays the same number.....hope I explained that well enough!
