How do we know when the Tag is ready to be claimed?

Someone posts a new topic entitled tag and then the first to respond by post or pm it goes out to them. Then, they get it trade out coupons, discarding old ones, and post new topic tag for the next person to claim.

I'll get another one ready in the afternoon, gotta start my route in an hour then i need a nap! that will give me more of this weeks coupons though so I'll have 3 weeks worth to fill with not just the 2

Great! I went ahead and named the other two tags so we can keep track of them. Go ahead and make a note somewhere in the envelope and on your post that this is TAG #3. Thanks, again!!! Hopefully we can keep all the tags going so that EVERYONE gets an opportunity.

About how many unique coupons should I have before starting a TAG?
