If you haven't already, speak to the manager. If the manager tells you this as well, call the district manager. I always ask to speak to the manager while standing in customer service. The district manager's number is listed on the wall in there. I will call from my cell phone standing right there in front of the manager. If district doesn't help, call corporate and verify that they haven't changed the policy. If you do have to call corporate and they say they do accept them make sure you tell them what store you were at and the managers that you talked to. They will correct the problem.
