I think what you're looking for are items that are on sale that if used with a coupon would be a great deal. Right? Well, I don't have anything like that to offer, but I just wanted to let you in on some great deals (especially if combined with coupons!) that I found.

At my local Walmart, they have a section next to the makeup and nail care section, where they display all of the "Buy one get something else deals". If I had coupons (and money) I would definately take them up on some of these! I realize that all Walmarts do not stock the same items, but this is a new thing they are doing at mine and I LOVE IT!

Olay Body Wash + Olay In-Shower Lotion = $6.67 (The body wash ALONE is $5 otherwise)

40 Tampax Regular + 20 Always Liners = $5.17 (Didn't price the Tampax, but it seems like a great deal to me!)

Cottonelle Fresh Wipes 42 pack + 42 count refill (Double Pack) = $3.89

(2) Dove Ultimate Clear Deoderants + Schick Intuition Razor = $5.86

(2) Veet Hair Remover Gel Creams + Veet Razor = $6.00

There were more, but these are the only ones I wrote down. If you shop at Walmart, you might check into whether or not they have a special area for deals like this. I wasn't aware of it until yesterday. HTH!

Here's some deals I'm hitting tomorrow.

Walgreens - Garnier Hair Color BOGO, combine with BOGO coupon from 8/19 inserts (if you got it... my area didn't ) and get two boxes of hair color free!

If you have the coupon for Free Addidas deodorant from the Aug 31 All You magazine, there is an unadvertised BOGO deal on these as well, combine with Free coupon to get 2 free. (rumor has it some stores are ringing them $1.50 & $1.50 instead of $2.99 and Free, so might want to get a price check first)

Target - Pillsbury Toaster Strudel, rumored starting price $1.99 (will confirm tomorrow). Use new Target printable for .75¢ combined with printable manufacturers coupon for .50¢ ... Final price .74¢ a box

Publix - Delmonte Fruit cups BOGO sale combined with $1 off 2 coupons.com printable.

If your Publix store accepts competitor coupons, you can work a Toaster Strudel deal here also... they are sale 3/$5. All depends if your store considers Target a competitor or not, and if they will combine a competitors store coupon with a manufacturers

Winn Dixie - Yogo Rollers BOGO, combine with $1 off printable from Smartsource.com

Oscar Meyer Deli Creations are rumored to be ringing up $1.67, a hold over from a sale a couple of weeks ago. There are $1 off coupons in the SmartSource machine in store, making them .67¢

The coupon I found for the fruit bowls on coupon.com was for Dole, DelMonte is what is on sale at Publix.

Yeah, I had a forehead slapping moment when I got into the store today. I had trouble getting my mind into organize mode this week so I guess I saw fruit and a name that started with D and assumed they were the same! Sorry!

New Grocery ads started yesterday here! These are the sale items on our list. I'm starting to feel self conscious about posting what crappy foods I'm buying, so let it be known I have a chest freezer full of meat, and a full stock of basics so we aren't living off crappy convenience foods!

((Singles are individually wrapped in a box, blinkie coupon only covers the Singles))

Hickory Sweet Bacon: $1.99
(I haven't seen a decent bacon price since March when it was $1.49... considering EVERYTHING is up in price, I'm stocking up again even though I still have a couple of packs left from last time...)
