They are all "checks" with my name on them, I don't think that they ever check them though.... I am pregnant and my hosp must have signed me up for all those new mommy packs cause a ton keep coming in the mail.

I will mail them out asap as some expire in Sept... first to pm me with addy can have them, if you have any odds and ends coupons you would like to send me that is fine, if not that is ok too. I know that formula is $$$$ and every little helps!

Just depends on where you shop. Walmart asks for id when using the formula checks.
