I'm wondering what the rule is here. You know when you're shopping and the store has coupons posted right on the shelf? Do you ever take some for what you're buying right then and also take a few for next shopping trip? I swear I would take the whole dang pad of coupons if I could get them off the shelf. Especially when it's for Gerber baby food or something good like that. Just wondering what everyone else thinks.....

I take a few if i know I will use them more than once, if not i will only take one or two, one for me, and one for the coupon train heh

If I know I'm going to use them, then yes, I will take a couple more. Sometimes I feel like taking the whole pad of them! But I don't cuz there's always someone out there worse off than me, who needs them, too. KWIM?

If I will use them I will take up to 4, maybe 5 if there area still a good number on the pad. I agree though- when its a great couponnits hard not to want to snatch them all up!

For me, I would only take what for what I am buying right then. Maybe I am too honest. That is probably why I don't do very well with coupons.

I actually just went to the store the other day to buy sour cream and there was a pad there for $.35 off I was buying 2 so I grabbed 2, but then I grabbed 10 more. Maybe it was a little much, but there were PLENTY of coupons. I bet there were still 100s left. I wouldn't have grabbed that many if there had only been a few left.

i normally take a few, depends on what they are for, if they are for baby items i would take more casue i know other mommies that could use them.

I usually take 1 or 2 depending on the product. Now my kids usually get me a couple of more of everything weather I use or not i just throw them in with the coupon trains I have

LOL I know someone who refills those coupon machines for smartsource and she told me to take as many as you want too. She said that normaly she ends up throwing away hundreds of them. They refill them regularly. The stores have nothing to do with them so that wont care. So next time you want to take 4 or 6 or even 10 extra go right on ahead.

Thats a big part of why you dont do well with coupons. Those coupons are usualy taken down right before a big sale on that item. Think of your coupons as cards and shoping is like a game of pocker. You gotta know when to hold them and now when to play them.
