I'm trying to do this so I can send out my expired coupons but I cannot print the form from the website. Is there anyway that I can get some help with this?

If there was a way that I could send my expired coupons to someone or have someone mail the form to me? I dunno... I really want to send out my expired coupons to someone who can use them but I can't seem to make it work.

I see on the list that there is no contact information for Ramstein AFB in Germany. I know of a group over here that does a "coupon train" and would be more than happy to accept coupons on their behalf and pass them along. We have a HUGE military population over here (the largest population of Americans living outside of the US in one area) and can definitely find people to use them all up!

There was an article in the news today about coupons overseas so I'm glad to see this getting some coverage. It's expensive to live here and any little bit helps us out quite a bit!

There's also a link here: Category - Forms and Labels (from link provided in eariler post) where it looks like you can order forms, return receipts, etc. for no charge. Maybe try doing that. Not sure. I've never ordered them online, and I don't know what the form for ordering them looks like - or what they ask for.

It says that you should research address after 4/3 where and how is that done. And also on the form that you have to send with it, what exactly do you put in the blanks on that form. I read on here somewhere how to fill out that form, but I dont remember where??
