I have heard about websites where you trade your stamps for coupons. Does anyone know about any safe websites like this?

It is very possible that I am mistaken on this, however I heard somewhere that stamps are considered a form of currency, therefore making it illegal to "trade" them for coupons, since it is usually not legal to sell coupons.

I trade stamps for coupons all the time.
