Tips....actually, all I do is study, study, study all the ads. I'm not loyal to one store. I keep ALL my coupons, not just the ones I think I will use. I'm also not brand loyal. Some people keep a spreadsheet of their coupons.. I don't. I page through all of mine a couple times a week to remember what I have.I don't cut them out, I keep them in the inserts. Then I match up the coupons to the sales. I have a ridiculous amount of spaghetti sauce right now (especially since I just found out I have a ulcer and can't eat it! ). I guess I just like to research things and that helps out. Also, I buy 2 papers on Sunday. HTH...Oh! I also visit another website to make sure I'm not missing anything at my stores..you can pm me if you want.
