I have stocked up on loss leaders. We had some excellent deals last week so I stocked up like gatorade, bread, cereal, things we always use that were dirt cheap. Remember my $1300 grocery bill! I am trying to save here!

11-1 Hyvee $66.18 all loss leaders

11-3 Wal-Mart $12.23

11-3 Baker's Spent $33.49 (saved 23.32)

11-4 Hyvee Spent $42.05 (saved 21.80)

Spent so far: $153.95 Saved so far: $45.12

Safeway $25.00-cant find the receipt, but I know it was really clost to that amount.

I saved $27 on my bi monthly shopping trip.
I also saved $6 on a quick run. So, that puts me at $33 so far this month.

I went to walmart, target and HyVee today I bought almost $40 worth of groceries and only spent $14 after coupons!!!!

I have saved $8.35 using coupons. That was on baby food that was already on a great sale! I also found a store near me that doubles coupons. I just have to find out if they do it all the time or only on certain days.

As for me, I knew with this new shift I'm working, it would be a challenge and it sure is! I think I've been to the store twice, and that was just quick runs. It's about to be more challenging..I'm hearing through the grapevine we will be working 6 - 7 days a week! Thank goodness for my little stockpile!
