When you calculate how much you save? Do you add in sales or just coupons?

I have just been adding up the coupons to put away in my savings, I hit over $50.00 for November!

Yes, I suppose. I wanted to keep track of what I save. But I wonder if most of the things on sale are usually bought on sale. Hmmmm....

Real quick...on the fly...getting ready for work

On here, I only put my coupon savings...on the frig, is a separate paper including all savings (club card, coupons, etc).
I don't usually buy stuff that I don't use even if it's on sale...unless it's free...it that what you mean? If it's my usual stuff and on sale and I have coupons, I stock up til it's on sale again. HTH

I just add up my actual coupon savings. I dont think i could keep up with the savings from sales.

espically if its your goal to put those savings in a savings jar, or acct! I don't that goal could be met!
