No you can not reload it with more coupons. I guess they'll just send you another one whenever they put out more coupons. It is also a bummer that you can't send the coupons on the train since I will not be using all of them, like the pet food and such.

I am not on Target's e-newsletter or have a credit card, but I did register some baby shower things there. Maybe that's why. I'm sure you could call the store or better yet customer service and tehy might be able to tell you.

I don't have one of their credit cards and I got one. I'm sure they're doing it because of all the people who've ripped them off with the internet coupons. I always forget to take the clipless ones with me.
