when i first joined mommysavers someone sent me a $20 coupon good towards a Senseo coffee maker. But i wasn't going to pay full price for one..so in mid december i found them on clearance for $45! i was so excited to get one for $25 reg $79.99

we thought we'd love the thing, but we've only used in 3 times and we hate it! the water doesn't heat up properly and it makes the coffee taste dilluted. so i want to return it. I'm an avid coupon user and i have never returned anything that i bought with a coupon.

so here's my question

because i used the $20 coupon and the store gets paid for that,
when i return it, will i get $25 back or $45?...

i'm not sure of the policy and don't want to be wrong..

Just $25 I think. On the receipt, does the coupon show as being for the Senseo?

Also, you might try writing to the company about your dissatisfaction or asking just to exchange it. I know so many people with Senseo who just love it, so the problems you mentioned might be some specific problem with your machine.
