Heres the list of what I have in my pantry as of last night. Mind you this is only the coupon items in just my pantry. This doesn't count the non coupon staples also in my pantry or the items I canned from gardening. Needless to say my pantry if bursting....

3 rotel tomatoes
13 delmonte tomatoes diced
15 hunts tomato sauce(15oz)
3 12oz cans hunts tomato paste
4 ragu spaggetti sauce
8 12oz cans chicken
13 jars mt olive pickles
5 24oz pkgs sunmaid raisens
2 50 oz jars motts applesauce
8 15oz cans delmonte pineapple
4 64 oz bottles juicey juice
5 64oz bottles motts apple juice
4 64 oz bottles ocean spray cranberry juice
11 18 oz jars peanut butter(different brands)
8 16oz bottles of kens ranch dressing
5 32 oz jars mayo
1 kraft parmesan cheese
8 24-32 oz bottles of hunts ketchup
3 jars smuckers jam
14 18 oz containers oats(quick and old fash)
1 large container of same oats but I stored them in there to save room.
4 boxes quacker instant grits
3 boxes instant oats(the all natural ones)
1 ronzoni lasagna whole wheat
3 whole wheat spaggetti
4 5 oz pam sprays
3 crisco olive oil sprays
7 jars roodenberry molasses
1 pillsbury frosting
2 jars cinnomon
1 real vanilla extract
3 5lb bags of self rising flour
1 big(5 gallon bucket) self rising flour
5 5lb bags dixie crystals sugar
1 big(5 gal ) sugar
3 8z cans almonds
2 boxes graham crackers
1 cheerios mix(free)
4 microwave popcorns
10 bxes tea
4 cans coffee
2 boxes hot choc mix(free)
1 granola bar
5 bx special k
4 bxes captain crunch
2 bxs life cereal
1 kashi cereal

This doesn't count the butter, soy milk, eggs, and yogurt in my fridge, or the icecreams in my freezer. This also doesn't count the opened boxes I am in the process of using, or the toiletries I have in my bathroom cabinet. All of these items were bought because they fell under the price of the generic ON SALE, and under the price it would have been for me to make the same thing. So for all of those who believe they can't get staples with coupons..... I think I have put up a good argument.

Where in the world did you find all those coupons?

I've been trying to print them online but can never find what I can use.

Great job

Well, I know that ndbeckner used to be on one of my trains. I don't know how many others she's on right now, but I imagine at least some of the coupons she used came from trains?? Yet alot of the items mentioned...I see coupons for them all the time in the inserts. The trick is watching for them to go on sale, and buying them ONLY when it would be cheaper to do so WITH COUPONS, versus buying generic.

I think you did a FABULOUS job!! KUDOS to you!!
Way to make coupons and sales work for you!!

These are things I have bought over a period of time, but coupons usually run a circuit just like sales. You can bank on having flour, sugar, spices, etc around the holidays, and diet, health foods around the new years. Also there are the other holidays like memorial day, forth of july, etc. Go to the website thecouponclippers.com and look thru them to see what is out there and current. You can order the coupons from them as well and they come to you already clipped. I do this as well some of the time, but mostly I just buy papers based on what coupons are out. I get 2 sets of a "double paper" which means I get 4 sets of coupons. Also, check out the isle of your store for the little blinkie coupon things. Grab as many as you need. This requires patience because it will stop spiiting them out after two. You have to wait if you want more than that. Also, if you have a publix , when you go into the store, look around the front. Publix always has little flyers which have manufacturers coupons and store coupons. Remember you can use them together. I will stock up on flyers and blinkies(always leave some for the next smart shopper) and bide my time until the item goes on sale at publix. Combining the store and manufactureers coupons together gets you a great deal. An example is the deal I got this past week at publix. I had a store coupon ($1 off) and a manufactuers coupon(.50 doubled @ Publix) for 8th continent soy milk. Publix price(everyday) is $2.50. So with both of my coupons I got the soy milk for .50 each. I bought 5, but have 8 more to do the deal again in about a week. This would be equal to getting a gallon of milk for $1. My kids love the choc light so I can get it for them.

REMEMBER

1. FREE SOURCES FOR COUPONS:the coupon dispencers in the stores, and the flyers at publix or other stores if they have them
2. ALWAYS PAIR YOUR COUPONS TO A SALE FOR THE BEST DEAL(unless you can get it for a steal like my soy milk)
3 You can also look at the new coupons coming out the following Sunday on the coupon clippers. If you think it will pay for the cost of the paper, then go for it.
4. If I don't get the coupons on sunday, I will go onto the couponclippers and order just what I want of the new and sometime older ones I want more of
5. You have to have a $3 order at the coupon clippers in order to order. Don't let that make you buy coupons you can't use, just find what you want and if need be, wait until another time. The coupons will still be there.
6 Always get enough coupons where you can stock up on an item you use a lot of. That way you only have to buy it when it is on sale!

Hope this helped.

I just saw Luv my soldier and yes I was on one of the trains. That is also a good way to get coupons you need. I had to disembark because of my schedule and I was holding the train up, but if you can, do so.

Just to add to this - I don't have a lot of time to coupon. I did join a train and clip weekly. Before my shopping I pull out what is on my list. That is it. It doesn't take much time. I save anywhere between $7-$10/week with coupons. We spend about $120/week. For not much effort - this is really worth while.

I"m not going through my pantry now, but I remember seeing coupons for most of those products in my regular Sunday inserts. Yes, the SUnday inserts have a lot of coupons for denture cleaner, vitamins, and unusual health products, etc. but they also have a lot of normal, brand name products too.
A neighbor regularly gives me her inserts, so I can usually count on two coupons for something I really want to stock up on.
Some coupon trains are better than others. If you're on one that rarely delivers anything you might want, ask to be removed from that list and join another.
