Luckily, I have good timing! This makes my 50th post I can join a train now. Whoo hoo!

Okay, I found this website and I have coupons clipped and to be clipped. Is there more info on what "50 or more posts" means? Can you tell I don't know my way around boards and forums....? I want to ride a train as soon as I figure my way around . Also, I guess I better figure out where you get your PM from.

First of all, welcome to Mommysavers, Shelmit!! We're so glad you found us!!

To answer your questions - "50 or more posts" just means the number of posts you have made on this board. Fifty posts may seem like alot at first, but once you explore the many interesting forums we have, and then join in discussions, you're sure to have your required number of posts in no time!

Once you have at least 50 posts on this board you may go to the "Join A Train" thread here: Join A Train Here and sign up to be placed on a coupon train. (Once you reach 75 or more posts, you may sign up for an Express Train).

About PMs - At the top of your screen there will be a box, with a green header, that says "Members". Within that box will be a link to your PM screen. If you click on that link it will take you there, where you can send PMs, read PMs sent to you, change your profile, and lots of other features.

Okay,

I just joined and had the same problem with the 50 posts. I did not understand that you could not trade via pm (private message). I just thought you could not list coupons on the forum until 50 posts. But....I see that it has clearly been stated now.

So....I sat up last night, explored the entire forum, and posted, and posted and posted until I got to 50. So....now I am there and can "legally" trade, list and join a train. It really does not take that long to get there. I just recommend that you just post until you get to 50.

That worked for me!!! Now I look forward to trading, because I have lots of coupons!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree! I need to get up to 50 posts in order to trade... and I just responded to someone's post about trading before I saw this... sorry I broke the rules by accident!
