I've heard of it, and I'm not sure how it works...I understand you can do a $1 trial, but is it worth the fees for the service?

Since dh is the grocery shopper 90+% of the time, I'd have to get him on board first

Oh yes!! Grocery gaming has changed our life!! I started in March and haven't looked back. The object is to stock up on things that are at rockbottom prices. They send you a list of what's at rockbottom prices and matches it up with coupons. By the end of 12 weeks you should have a great stockpile and you can just be a cherry picker. (Just buy produce and other small items). I keep a spreadsheet of what things are orignally worth and what I buy them for with sales and coupons, it's amazing. For awhile, you're spending the same, but bringing home 2 times, 3 times, or 4 times more food/supplies. It's awesome! I'm still spending the same, but I actually have a big stockpile already and it hasn't been 12 weeks, but I will be cherry picking soon!! Hope this helps. They bill you $10 every two months after your trial is over and it's so worth it!!

I don't do it, there aren't enough stores on the list around me to make it worth it. However, I do read the boards over there quite often for hints and tips.

I only have one store in my area for my list and it's way worth it!

GG is great... I have been using it for about 6 months now.. My stock pile is grande!!!

If you try it out for 1 month and dont like it you cancel it.. Plus if you are not good at couponing on your own, you can always learn it, and then cancel.. I'm using up my free weeks right now from referring friends.. I have till SEPT

Couponing is great if you have a store that doubles and triples.

I think it's great. I've been doing it for a while. It's a timesaver for me because most weeks I don't have as much free time as I'd like to match all the deals up from the sales circulars. Well worth the money IMO.

I tried the $1 trial and found it not to be worth the eventual cost for me. I didn't learn anything I didn't already know. I already have the concept down on my own before trying it. The only thing different is that I don't know what sales are coming ahead of time...but if I frequent at least one store a few times a week, I still get the same deals.

I have been a member of the Grocery Game for two months now and I love it! I am fairly new to couponing and the site has actually taught me quite a bit. Now that I am pretty savvy with matching up my coupon to the newspaper I depend on it a little less. I keep a huge Excel Spread sheet of the coupon I have on hand, how much they are for and when they expire. It really helps when trying to match up deals. Plus every weekend I just sort them by the expiration date and pull out the bad coupons. (Don’t want to get embarrassed at the check out counter by trying to play an expired coupon by accident...been there done that already..) But I do rely on the Grocery Game to make sure the deal with the coupon is really a "deal". Hope this helps. Definitely try the 1 month for free to see if it's worth to you!

I've been gaming for 3 years and it's totally changed me. I do not pay full price for anything anymore and it's allowed me to be a stay at home mom!
