does anyone know their policys?

I was in there tonight with one internet coupon, and I was told I couldn't use it, that they dont accept them. Yet their own website has a promotion area to print coupons from smartsource.

I would email them if I were you and ask them what the policy is and tell them what happened! I saw that they had printable coupons I bet someone was being lazy!

Thanks, I will try that. And I happen to agree with you, It was 11.30pm and she seemed annoyed that we were using our cloth bags and bagging our own stuff, and there was a line starting to form, but she was the only checkout open. I don't know what they expect.

Heaven forbid you are trying to *gasp* Save the Earth! Its not your fault they didnt have more than one line open! Make sure you express that the cashier was annoyed. Usally stores/companies care about the customer service (Except for wal-mart whose DM never did call me back which I knew he wouldnt)
