I need some vegetarian ideas. We are stuck in a BIG rut here and could use some help.

Thanks Bunches!

I just bought a cookbook at B&N called "Fresh From the Vegetarian Slow Cooker." There are so many recipes in there! I've already tried the black bean soup (good, but a little thin for my tastes...I'll have to adapt it) and a Cornbread topped Southwestern Potpie (very yummy). On my list for this week, is the Sloppy Lentils (reminiscent of sloppy joes). Thanks to my wonderful SS (othermomma) for the giftcard!! :D If there's a recipe or something special you're looking for, feel free to pm me. I'll be happy to look it up and send you the recipe!
