1 lb venison, cut in 1 in cubes
4 potatoes, peeled and cubued
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, whole
1 c carrot, cut into 2 in chunks
2 (10oz)cans beef broth
1 c water
1/2 c flour
1 tsp garlic
1/8 tsp oregano
salt and pepper
Sear venison well in skillet.
Put all, except flour, salt and pepper in a slow cooker or crock pot.
Cook on high for about 4-5 hours.
Add flour and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for another 5-7 hours on low.
