Has anyone made a menu for a week's worth of crock pot meals that wouldn't require a lot of different ingredients but some re-use?

DH and I have been working long hours and we are both just so tired once we get home! Would love any ideas you have for a meals for next week - we could eat leftovers of meals but I would prefer to save those for our lunches.

Thanks!

We do a weeks worth but more in the winter than the summer.

Like one day we do beef roast and a couple of days later, we take the leftover beef roast and add some onion and finely diced potatoes and make hash. Or you can take the leftover roast and add all kinds of frozen vegetables, can tomatoes and make stewed.

You can put ribs or a pork roast in the crock pot.

Take several chicken breasts and cook them at one time. Then one night you can have chicken and rice. Then later take the left over chicken and make chicken salad.

I also make sure that I cook extra and then you can always fine stuff to do with the leftovers.
