3-4 lb beef roast
16 oz jar mild pepperoncini
12 oz. beer
1 Tbls beef base (can use 2-3 tsp beef bullion powder instead but it will be saltier)
1 Tbls Italian seasoning ( I use Spice's Etc Zippy Italian Seasoning Mix)

Place all ingredients in crockpot. Add 2 cups water (or more to cover roast). Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
