I made this tonight and it was wonderful. I wanted to try it out because I was looking for something like this to serve at DS4 birthday party in Nov. I will for sure be making this one again! Everyone love it. Lots of flavor!

1 beef chuck roast (3 lbs)
2 cups water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 bay leaf
3-4 whole pepper corns
Rolls

Place ingredients in Crock Pot. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until done. Remove meat, shred and keep warm. Use broth for dipping.

Yummy Yummy!! I am making this again for a family get together tomorrow. I am doubling it so there is lots for everyone and so there is leftovers. I got some small dinner rolls for everyone to make a sandwich with the meat.
