Creamy black bean chicken
Throw in 4-6 chicken breasts, 1 drained can of black beans, 1 can drained corn (or some frozen corn, thawed), and 1 cup of salsa. Let cook all day on low. About one hour before serving cut up an 8 oz. package of cream cheese and toss in the crock pot. Stir every once in a while until it's all blended. Shred chicken and serve in tortillas or over rice.
Made both of these. The spaghetti chicken was awesome!! Easiest dinner I ever made. I didn't put cream cheese in the black bean chicken and my husband didn't think it was flavorful enough.

sticky chicken is great! My family loves it! I make mashed potatoes, stove top stuffing, and corn w/ it! I call it "Mini-Thanksgiving"

I then keep the juices in the crockpot, add a can of cream of chicken soup, another can of chicken broth, left over chicken, left over corn, a couple of sliced carrots, and a cup of rice!

Then I have chicken rice soup! It freezes very well...by the way! =)

This recipe is so delicious! I was skeptical but finally tried it last night and served it with mashed potatoes. I seared the roast, then put half of the baby carrots, celery slices and quartered onions into the bottom of the crock pot. Then I put the roast on top and topped with the rest of the vegetables. I used caffeine-free Coke and it turned out great! Has anyone used another type of soda for this recipe? I'm wondering if root beer or dr. pepper would be as good?
