Crockpot Lemon Chicken

2 cans of cream of chicken soup (I use 98% fat free)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 TBSP dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
8 carrots peeled and cut or 1 bag of baby carrots
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (I slice mine thin)
Bag of egg noodles

Mix all ingredients except egg noodles in bowl.
Pour over chicken in crockpot
Add carrots
Cook on low all day

Make egg noodles on stove according to package directions. Drain. Serve finished chicken and carrots over egg noodles and top with a sprinkle of fresh pepper.

This is by far a family favorite in our house!

I made this yesterday for dinner and it was really good. It's a keeper.I added some corn starch in the end to thicken it and some salt too.We had it over tri-color pasta since that is what I had on hand to use up.I used 11 boneless skinless chicken tenders cut in half.

Thanks
