Jody's Crock-Pot Pulled Pork
3-4 pounds loin end pork roast
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1-3 cloves garlic, slivered
2 medium onions, sliced
2 bay leaves
½ cup hot water
3-4 Tablespoons soy sauce
Slice onions, place on bottom of crock-pot. Add other ingredients, sprinkle salt and pepper on top of meat. Cover; cook on LOW 10-12 hours, or HIGH 5-6 hours. Remove pork from crock, empty all other ingredients and liquid. Shred meat with forks. Add meat back to crock with 1-2 bottles BBQ sauce. Cook on “LOW” until heated through.
I use “Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey BBQ Sauce)… ENJOY!
