Italian Sausage and Peppers
I usually take about 3-5 lbs. of Mild Italian Sausage, add either 1-2 jars of spaghetti sauce or make my own using crushed tomatoes and tomato puree with oregano, basil and assorted Italian spices. Dice up some red or green peppers and onions. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve on a roll with provolone or American cheese or over rice or pasta This makes the whole house smell yummy!!
