Liz's Simple Crockpot Beef Stew

1 1/2 - 2 lbs. cubed stew meat
1 can Beef Gravy (I use Franco American or Campbell's)
1 can Progresso French Onion Soup
Baby Carrots, cut into pieces (as many as you desire)
Potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes (as many as you desire)

Pound beef cubes with meat tenderizer for added tenderness. Roll cubes in flour and fry for several minutes in frying pan with a Tablespoon of oil until slightly browned. Place meat, potatoes, carrots, gravy and soup in crockpot. Cook on low 8-10 hours or high for 4-6 hours. I like to add a little fresh pepper prior to serving, but it is optional. Serve with warm bread, rolls or biscuits.

I have this in the Crockpot right now. My dh hates stuff inthe crockpot so...shhhh...don't tell him. I plan on transfering it to a pan before he gets home so he doesn't know that I cooked in there! Hope it works!

Thanks for the recipe!
