Crockpot Kielbasa

2-3 lbs of kielbasa (I use turkey or lite kielbasa)
1 bag of sauerkraut, drained and rinsed or 2 cans sauerkraut
1 medium jar applesauce (Do not use flavored style)
1 12 oz. can or bottle of beer

Mix together sauerkraut and applesauce; put in the bottom of the crock pot. Cut the kielbasa into serving-size pieces and place on top of the sauerkraut. Pour the beer over all. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
